In this class we were encouraged to work in R and RStudio for the coding portion. In accordance with this our code is divided up into different R scripts that take the data from log files, create data frames in R, and then produce our visualizations. As a first step to using or understanding our code, we recommend reading our README.txt file. From there, all of our code can be downloaded in the attached zip file.
Following this link will allow you to download all of our work in one big zip file.
If you are looking to take your log files and create data frames in R, then this is the place to start. This section of our code contains only the scripts for taking log files and placing them in R, and updating already made data frames in R. Specifically, we have included the following scripts: createLogDF.R, updateLogDF.R, and func.R. We have also decided to include the log files we used when getting our data. If you are having trouble, we encourage looking back at the README.txt file.
Already have the data, and just looking to make some cool graphs? This section of the
code contains the scripts we used to make all of our graphs including our static,
animated, and interactive visualizations. We have also included in this section
png files of most of our graphs that we got as output from the code. If you are having
trouble, we encourage looking back at the README.txt file.
