Ethnic Studies states that the goal is to bring marginalized groups into the center of study, but we believe that the ultimate goal is to unite all people despite our differences and in acceptance of those differences. So it does not matter if you are Muslim or Hindu, Black or White, Japanese-American or Irish-American, speak French or Swahili, are male or female, old or young, eat mashed potatoes or naan; we can all unite peacefully.
